These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the adu303 platform. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of an eligible jurisdiction. Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or using adu303.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on adu303. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of associated balances. Accounts are non-transferable.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Default wagering is 30× the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. Game contribution rates vary — see Section 5 for full details.
Withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, and GoPay are processed within minutes under normal circumstances. KYC must be completed before the first withdrawal is approved.
Fraud, collusion, use of software bots, arbitrage abuse, and money laundering are strictly prohibited. Violation of these rules results in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on the adu303 platform. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. adu303 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the member is found to be under 21 years of age. Any funds in such accounts will be returned to the verified funding source after deducting any bonuses applied.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The adu303 platform is directed primarily at adult players located in Indonesia. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account. adu303 does not accept registrations from residents of Restricted Territories. We reserve the right to block access from any jurisdiction at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
2.3 Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You may not register on behalf of another person, and accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
2.4 One Account per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the adu303 platform. Multiple registrations by the same individual — regardless of name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method used — are strictly prohibited. Discovery of duplicate accounts will result in the closure of all duplicate accounts and potential forfeiture of funds held within them.
2.5 Employee Exclusion. Employees, contractors, and agents of adu303, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to register or maintain a betting account on the platform.

3.1 Registration Requirements. To open an account with adu303, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and active mobile phone number. You agree to maintain and update this information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. adu303 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized that activity, unless you have notified adu303 of unauthorized access in a timely manner.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). adu303 operates a comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) program in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) sta ndards and financial compliance requirements. Before processing your first withdrawal, adu303 may request the following documents for identity verification purposes:
You agree to provide these documents promptly upon request. Failure to complete KYC verification within 14 days of a withdrawal request may result in suspension of your account and withholding of funds until verification is completed. All documents submitted are stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3.4 Account Termination by Member. You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance will be returned to your verified payment method after deducting any active bonus balance. Wagering requirements on bonuses must be completed, or the bonus must be forfeited, before account closure is finalized. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened before the expiry of the self-exclusion period.
3.5 Account Suspension or Closure by adu303. adu303 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close your account at any time without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if your account poses a risk to the platform's integrity. In such cases, adu303 will investigate the matter, and any decision regarding funds held in the account will be made at our sole discretion based on the findings of the investigation.
Clause 4
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. adu303 accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Payment methods must be registered in your own legal name and match the name on your adu303 account. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits are processed instantly or within minutes during normal banking hours, depending on the payment method selected. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly displayed on the deposit page. adu303 does not charge fees for deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges.
4.3 Withdrawal Requests. You may request a withdrawal of your real money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
4.4 Withdrawal Processing Time. Under normal circumstances, withdrawals to verified payment methods are processed within 5 minutes for e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) and within 2–4 hours for bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) during banking hours. First-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours while KYC verification is completed. adu303 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests of large amounts or from accounts flagged by our fraud prevention systems.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy. adu303 maintains strict anti-money laundering procedures. You must wager deposited funds at least once (1×) at minimum odds before requesting a withdrawal. Deposits made exclusively for the purpose of transferring funds without genuine betting activity may be declined and returned to the source, minus any transaction fees incurred. adu303 cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial authorities on all matters related to money laundering prevention.
Currency Conversions: All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If your bank or e-wallet account uses a different currency, conversion will be handled by your payment provider at their prevailing exchange rate. adu303 is not responsible for currency conversion fees or rate fluctuations.
4.6 Withdrawal Limits. Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply to all accounts. Standard withdrawal limits are displayed on the withdrawal page and vary by account status and VIP tier. Higher limits are available to VIP members. adu303 reserves the right to split large withdrawal requests into multiple installments for security and operational reasons.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. adu303 offers promotional bonuses and incentives from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:
5.2 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. The following contribution rates apply unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion:
5.3 Welcome Bonus (New Member Bonus). First-time depositors are eligible for the adu303 Welcome Bonus, subject to the following specific conditions:

• Wagering requirement: 30× (bonus + deposit amount)

5.4 Bonus Abuse. adu303 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where we detect bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinated betting with other players to minimize risk, irregular betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and any other activity that defeats the spirit of the promotion. All decisions regarding bonus abuse are final and made at adu303's sole discretion.
5.5 Forfeiture of Bonus. You may forfeit an active bonus at any time by contacting customer support. Upon forfeiture, the bonus balance and any winnings generated from the bonus will be deducted from your account, and only your original deposited funds (if any remain) will be retained.
5.6 Specific Promotion Terms. Individual promotions may have additional or different terms from those stated in this section. In the event of conflict between these general terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the adu303 platform are subject to acceptance by adu303. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion without providing a reason. Once a bet is confirmed and a receipt number is issued, the bet is considered accepted and binding.
6.2 Sports Betting Rules. All sports bets are settled according to the official result announced by the relevant governing body or league at the time of settlement. If a match or event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be void unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time. 6.3 Live Betting. Odds and lines for live in-play betting are updated in real time based on match conditions. Due to transmission delays, odds displayed at the moment you place a bet may differ from the odds at which the bet is ultimately accepted. adu303 uses advanced live data feeds, but we do not guarantee zero-latency real-time accuracy. By placing live bets, you accept this inherent delay risk.
6.4 Casino Games & RTP. All slot games, table games, and live casino games offered on adu303 are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. Each game operates with a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) and publishes its Return to Player (RTP) percentage. RTP figures are displayed on each game's information page. adu303 does not alter or manipulate game outcomes in any way.
6.5 Disconnection Policy. If your connection to the platform is interrupted during a live casino session or sports bet placement, adu303 will attempt to complete the transaction based on the last confirmed instruction received from your account. For live games, the dealer will complete the hand or round according to standard game rules. You are responsible for reconnecting to view the outcome. For sports bets, if disconnection occurs before bet confirmation, the bet will not be placed.
6.6 Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, incorrect odds display (palpable error), or game malfunction, adu303 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Players will be notified of voided bets via account message and email. adu303's decision on errors is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the adu303 platform. Engagement in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:
7.1 Fraudulent Activity. This includes but is not limited to: use of stolen credit cards or e-wallet accounts, identity theft, impersonation of another person, falsifying KYC documents, registering multiple accounts, and any form of payment fraud.
7.2 Collusion & Syndicate Betting. Coordinating with other players or third parties to manipulate betting outcomes, engage in chip dumping, share account information, or otherwise defeat the fairness of games and betting markets.
7.3 Use of Automated Systems. Use of bots, spiders, scrapers, automated betting software, or any other non-human interface to place bets or interact with the platform is strictly prohibited. All betting must be conducted manually by the account holder.
7.4 Arbitrage Betting & Bonus Abuse. Exploiting price differences between adu303 and other operators, systematically placing low-risk opposite bets, or engaging in other forms of arbitrage or advantage play solely to exploit promotions without genuine betting activity.
7.5 Money Laundering. Using the adu303 platform for the purpose of laundering funds derived from illegal activities, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other activity designed to obscure the origin of funds.
7.6 Hacking & Unauthorized Access. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other players' accounts, adu303's systems, or any protected area of the platform. Exploiting software vulnerabilities, reverse engineering, or interfering with platform security measures.

8.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming. adu303 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools to help players maintain control over their betting activity. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a way to make money or solve financial problems.

8.3 Self-Exclusion Policy. If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your life, you may request self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. During the self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will not be able to log in, place bets, or make deposits. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the expiry of the chosen period. adu303 will take reasonable steps to prevent you from opening new accounts during self-exclusion, but ultimate responsibility lies with you not to attempt to circumvent this restriction.

9.2 Limited License. adu303 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. 9.3 Trademarks. "adu303" and associated logos are trademarks of adu303. Third-party trademarks including game studio names (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming) and payment brands (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay) remain the property of their respective owners.

10.1 Service Availability. adu303 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. adu303 is not liable for any losses arising from service downtime.
10.2 Third-Party Services. 10.3 Maximum Liability. 10.4 Disclaimer of Warranties. The adu303 platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. adu303 makes no warranty that the platform will meet your expectations, be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. You use the platform at your own risk.
10.5 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless adu303, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of any law, or infringement of third-party rights.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and adu303 cannot guarantee absolute security.

13.2 Dispute Resolution Process. 13.3 Arbitration. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body, to be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
13.4 Class Action Waiver. You agree to bring any dispute against adu303 in your individual capacity only, and not as part of any class or representative action. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against adu303.
13.5 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
